Weed mascara. I know, I thought the same thing – WHAT?
Now, just to set the story straight – I am not a weed smoker and don’t get caught up in the hype of that, but I do like that there’s a makeup company trying something new. Well, somewhat new. Cannabis oil-infused products have been around for quite some time, but this is the first cannabis oil-infused mascara that will be widely available in a retail store (sold in Sephora!) and this is the first Milk Makeup mascara product with cannabis oil.

About the New Kush Mascara
Milk Makeup has transitioned to become a 100% Vegan beauty brand and they’re known for loading their products with “good for you ingredients.” When they became a vegan brand, they had to find alternate products to combat things like beeswax. So, they’re introducing cannabis-oil!
They say their new mascara will have:
- CBD-RICH CANNABIS OIL: Contains CBD-rich cannabis oil to condition lashes for thickness without the fallout. And don’t worry–there’s no psychoactive THC so the only thing getting high are your lashes.
- HEART-SHAPED FIBERS: Locks onto lashes in every direction for long-lasting volume & curl.
- PUFF PUFF BRUSH: Densely-packed brush evenly coats and lifts lashes from root to tip for a defined, clump-free effect.

They claim the product is going to give high volume with their new heart-shaped fibers. We can expect the product to be extremely conditioning and hydrating, but will it be enough to make up for the $24 price tag?
I have a feeling it’s going to be the best mascara for my next “smoky” eye.
